Susan is a seasoned sourcing and procurement expert with nearly 15 years of procurement and strategic sourcing experience. Susan has successfully managed numerous sourcing events across many categories, including travel & entertainment, IT hardware & software, office supplies and call centers. Additionally, she was an integral member of a team that created and launched a strategic sourcing center of excellence. Susan also has experience with contract negotiations, communications, process improvements, learning & development, sourcing intelligence and systems.
