About: 

Mark is a consultant, leadership development advisor and executive coach who’s walked in his clients’ footsteps. Over the past 25 years, he was CEO of UltraViolet (a joint venture among Hollywood studios, tech leaders and retailers); advised C-level leaders of tech, telecoms and media companies (as a McKinsey consultant and Oliver Wyman partner); and rose through marketing and business development in large corporations and VC-backed start-ups. Mark has a BA from Brown University and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School. He is currently a partner at The Trium Group, a leading management consulting firm that seeks to understand and address the human dynamics that impact performance at the individual, team and organizational levels. Founded in 1998, Trium has provided consulting, coaching and Enterprise 360 approaches to senior leadership teams at some of the world’s most recognized companies, including Dropbox, Genentech, Warner Bros., Cisco, Sephora, Disney, Sony Pictures, Activision Blizzard, eBay, lululemon, StubHub and more.
