Kim has been with Carhartt, a leader in the work wear apparel market since 2016 as their Senior Manager of Indirect Procurement. With an undergraduate degree in design, the move from automotive manufacturing to apparel has been extremely rewarding and has allowed Kim to reconnect with her creative side. She has a passion for Procurement Process transformation, a path fueled by her Six Sigma Black-belt certification, obtained during her decade spent in the automotive industry. Kim has played leading roles on both Direct and Indirect Procurement and Sourcing teams, as well as Logistics, Planning, Inventory Control and Manufacturing Operations across multiple industries and enjoys leading teams through periods of growth and change.
